One Day in Disney is a wonderful book but it is just photos with short captions. There is no written comparison of the various MKs.

What are the odds of another MST3K show making an appearance? I really enjoy those. How 'bout Ellen's Energy Adventure, the Haunted Mansion, or heck, even TTA?

Hey Len! I go to WDW 8-10 times a year, wander around noticing things that are out of the ordinary like the little red dots on the bench outside the Haunted Mansion, compare pillow fluffyness, count the thread on the bed sheets, notice how long it takes housekeeping to deliver an extra 3 pillows to my room, compare the power of the blow dryers in Deluxe and Moderate resorts and the accuracy of the wait time at the TTA. Any chance I can work for the Unofficial Guide?(ding). Oh and I also enjoy listening to WDWRadio.

I figure questions will get answered here sooner....

Let's say I'm planning a 5 day trip for Valentine's Day, and let's say they offer Free Dining in February (Buy a room and ticket, you know the deal).....Could I 1)Buy and One Day Ticket (MYW basic) and make the 5 day reservation to score the dinning 2)Get to the park the first day and upgrade my 1day ticket into an AP 3) Use that AP to get a discount on the room I have already either checked into or paid for?

Basically, is there a way to score Free Dinnning with a one day ticket, and then upgrade to an AP and get a room discount? (Also, I would buy 6 day MYW w/ PH for the other people in my room). Open to anyone.......JW

PS- Show was good....I feel bad for Darci, having to have to ride that headliner attraction over and over again while getting compensation. OH THE PAIN!!!

Nothing is more wonderful than the imagination. For, in a moment, you can experience a beautiful fantasy. Or, an exciting adventure!
Safari first thing in the morning
Authored by: martinmcintosh on Tuesday, September 04 2007 @ 07:49 PM CDT
We used the secret entrance last week and were the first people in the park. We were then chosen to be the first family to ride the safari and it did not seem to cause us to lose much time in the park.

We noticed a longer wait for primeveal whirl, but that was about it.

Victoria and Alberts
Authored by: MayorWeaver on Thursday, September 06 2007 @ 07:52 AM CDT
I've eaten at Victoria and Albert's twice and have to side with Mr. Scopa on this one. We certainly won't be hurrying back. It was several years ago, but the last time we were there there were additions to the prix fixe menu. Additions such as if you wanted the oysters as the appetizer they were an additonal $12. Seems wrong to nickel and dime me on a prix fixe menu. If they need to raise the cost by $5 then do it, but don't tell change the rules once I'm seated. Also there were other little things. The china the second time we went included some pieces that were best classified as "dated contemporary." Things like black octagonal plates. Doesn't seem like a big deal, but when the expectations are set that high I feel that they better deliver. The food was great both times we were there, but less great the second. The room was pretty, the service was perfect, but the experience not worth the money. After my last visit I won't be back.
Seasonal Annual Pass
Authored by: timmyR on Wednesday, September 12 2007 @ 05:31 PM CDT
Hi,
With a Seasonal Florida Resident Annual Pass parking is not free. I have a pass, but live far enough away that I need to stay on property when I visit. So for me parking comes with the room.
