I've been to Restaurant Marrakesh (Morocco) twice and both times it was full. Still worth trying.
When I ate at Le Cellier last month, I asked the greeter and asked her how many times a night she has to turn away walk-ups. She just rolled her eyes and said "lots". Don't even ask, people.
If you can't get anything in World Showcase, try the Epcot resorts. In particular there always seem to be openings at Yacht Club Galley. (As of today, renamed as "Captain's Grille".)

Just a quick comment about last minute ADR's.

Back on December 27, 2006, my family and my wife's family all decided to take a day trip to Walt Disney World. For those who remember that date, it was one of the days were every park but Epcot had to close their gates due to capacity numbers, so suffice it to say, it was CROWDED. Anyways, on the 26th I took a chance and made a call to WDW Dinning and was able to secure 2 table reservations for a 1:30 lunch so that all 7 of us could eat lunch at San Angel Inn. They didn't guarantee we'd be sitting together, but the restaurant was able to accommodate us.

Just saying that, if you even have 1 days notice, ADR's can still be made, if you're willing to work with what they got, and maybe not take one of the top tier restaurants.
