Great Show!!!! Even for us carnivores, this show gives some good ideas to try to eathealthier while on vacation. There's always a point for my wife and I that we feel like we'll be sick if our son eats one more french fry.
Yak and Yeti

Not to be contrarian, but I was at the Yak & Yeti quick service counter during marathon weekend, and there are no vegetarian options at all. Zero. And I've seen the menu for the table service section and there are nearly no vegetarian options there - including the lo mein, which is cooked in meat (chicken or beef - I can't remember which) broth.

I did laugh when the conversations turned to the Studios. I found myself hungry and wandering around there looking for something to eat on the same trip and had the same experience at ABC Commissary. I ended up at Backlot Express.
Vegetarian at TMK

Take two as my first post contained Spam... ha ha.

For lacto-ovo vegetarians, I'd like to recommend The Colombia Harbor House. It's my favorite counter service restaurant at The Magic Kingdom. When I was there in 2004 and 2005 they had vegetarian chilli, a hummus sandwich, and an awesome salad (just request it with out chicken). Pecos Bill also has a pretty good salad (ask without the chicken) and there is a pretty good selection of food over at Cosmic Rays.
