Hey Martin I live outside of New Haven am a stay at home dad and I march in the New Town Lablor Day Parade. It's like we are the same person. So I will kick in with you and take Newell or Scopa or even Len out if they are ever in the area.

As for Matt's move

I recommend the Backstage Magic tour if you can spare the time (seven hours) and money ($200). Among the places they take you are (1) the backstage part of The American Adventure, where you get to see the "war wagon" that holds most of the animatronics, (2) the north maintenance area, where they build and repair just about everything in the parks, and (3) the utilidors under the Magic Kingdom.

I've also taken the Undiscovered Future World tour at EPCOT. They let us look in the maintenance area at Test Track, took us through the control room at Mission Space and showed us where all of the 3D glasses are sanitized.

The Magic of the Steam Trains tour is interesting from the standpoint of seeing all of the work and safety checks necessary to get a steam engine started up in the morning.

I'm not sure how much flexibility the tour guides have, but it wouldn't hurt to ask if you want to see specific things.

My favorite quick-reference to the backstage tours is http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/tours.htm.

Mongello Guys -
You guys don't like Port Orleans Riverside? I love that resort!
Moderate in cost, decent rooms, nice pool, decent dining.....
I always thought that resort was provided some value for the vacation $......
Would love to hear opposing opinions.....

The podcast is awesome! Keep up the great work......and Newell rules.
