You can use Disney Gift Cards at all outdoor snack vending carts (including the popcorn, ice cream, soda etc carts) that have one of the handheld cash registers. As Matt (I think) said in the podcast, basically anywhere you can use your room card or a credit card.

The last email from Keith, you mispronounced the city. It's pronounced Elgin with the last part -gin- like the alcohol. Actually, knowing that I'm shocked that Matt mispronounced it.

loved the episode, I especially want to go back and re-listen so I can check out the good values in off site hotels y'all mentioned.

As for Scopas retort when Annette asked him about Roanoke Island I was hoping he would say something like i can only say one thing about that "CROATON" or something to that effect...for anyone wondering ehat that refers to heres a bit from Wikipedia:

Because of the continuing war with Spain, White was not able to raise another resupply attempt for two more years. He finally gained passage on a privateering expedition that agreed to stop off at Roanoke on the way back from the Caribbean. White landed on August 18, 1590, on his granddaughter's third birthday, but found the settlement deserted. He organized a search, but his men could not find any trace of the colonists. Some ninety men, seventeen women, and eleven children had disappeared; there was no sign of a struggle or battle of any kind. The only clue was the word "Croatoan" carved into a post of the fort and "Cro" carved into a nearby tree. In addition, there were two skeletons buried. All the houses and fortifications were dismantled.

So glad that the FABULOUS Annette could be there!!!
The Annette Army is always glad to hear from her, MATT!!!!, so no more mute button (matt)!
I know it's tough to see a female take the spotligtht away from you, matt, but that doesn't mean you have to mute her... No more fast ones like in the live show! We know you muted her for a brief moment!

Of course Matt all of this is said jokingly, but the Annette Army is a force to be reckoned with! ;)
