Admit it Matt, the real reason why you don't like Coronado Springs is because you have a hard time pronouncing names of the different locations in the resort. Oh and can we please have a moment of silence for the Sawx? Sorry Scopa...

I have to agree 10000% with the comments in the show. My wife & I stayed at CS as our next trip after our Honeymoon at Caribean Beach. Actually, the feeling at CS is the same as the Dolphin -> You can
tell it's a Convention center resort first,second, thirdf and a Disney resort 4th or lower.

The distances in the resort can not be overstated - we (actually my wife) found a way to shave a few *minutes* off the walk to the Resort center by walking in and through various buildings.

It is a beautiful place, but is lacking in the Disney feel and we will probibly never return to CS.

I guess I'm the odd guy out because my wife and I love Coronado Springs - at the moment, it's probably our favorite of all the moderates primarily because of Pepper Market! Maybe it's confusing for larger groups or families, but we've never had any problems with just the two of us and have actually drove over from other resorts because their selection was better than that of the food court at where we had been staying (Caribbean Beach). We really enjoyed the wide variety of options, and the whole layout made for a unique dining experience - a welcome change from the typical five booths in a U-shape that most other resorts offer.

Very interesting episode! I agree that Coronado Springs definitely does not feel like Disney...I don't have a strong urge to return.

In my opinion, the one positive thing about Coronado is that it is the only Moderate with a gym...for those interested in working out.

My son and I stayed there one night last year in October (hubby joined us later in the evening), and I had a few issues with the resort. Not my favorite moderate, that's for sure! The parking was quite a trek to say the least from the room we ended up with in Casitas 3. We weren't too far from the lake, though. I can't comment on the food court, since we ate at MK and the Studios during our 1.5 days in the WDW bubble for meals. The WDW bus transport to MK definitely took awhile, and the closest bus stop near our room was the stop at the front of the resort & it wasn't close. The theming for the room was unremarkable. I would have rather stayed in Alligator Bayou in the back at Port Orleans Riverside!
