Perhaps his wife doesn't ride the trill rides. I know when my family goes I always send my husband for fast passes while I take the kids on one of the headliners first thing.

Great trip report Gordon.
I'm planning on doing the QSDP for my families 7 day trip @ BC this summer. I'm trying to compile a list of the best counter service locations. Tangierine Cafe is on the list. Here is the short list I have so far:

Tangierine Cafe
Hurricane Hanna's
Fish & Chips Stand
Sunshine Seasons
Liberty Inn (more for the kids)
Electric Umberella
Pecos Bills
Columbia Harbor House
Cosmic Rays
Casey's Corner (maybe for the kids)

Any other recommendations in Epcot? How about the Cantina?
We will probably skip AK this trip (otherwise Flame Tree would be on the list).

Fridge Swap...

I have never been in one but have heard it described on Be Our Guest podcast. Basically someone/group purchase a small fridge, and then they take turns using it while at WDW, when one person leaves they try to find someone checking in the same day and exchanging it. and so on, and so on.... :)

Do you really want us to call in with our trip reports? My December 2008 TR was at around 107 pages...hope you have a lot of space on the voice mail (insert evil laugh here).

Great report, Gordon...loved listening to it. Thanks also to the crew for doing Episode 447 on trip reports...I loved that one! To those who haven't done a report after vacationing to WDW (or anywhere, for that matter), it's a great way to archive the experiences that would otherwise fade with time. Even if it's nothing more than a few thoughts in a notepad, you'll find yourself reading it over sometime in the near future, and you'll be thanking yourself for taking the time to do it.
