Very Interesting topic.
Len- Did you guys try a larger party (6-8). I ask b/c my wife and I are pretty good with knowing what we, ourselves can get x days out but when it came to attempting to get ADRs for a full family (7 people) we failed.
I do like the idea of knowing that if you are x days out what are reasonable expectations (we all know Le Cell' but not the Coral Reef)

I didn't know about the 90 days plus 10 thing that Matt mentioned for Disney resort guests making early ADRs. Does anyone know if Shades of Green would be considered a Disney resort for this purpose?

Garden Grill went to dinner only late last year. That's why it is such a hot ticket now - characters, non-ethnic food, and limited availability. And by the way, the catfish is fantastic - but it always bugs my kids when we ride Living With The Land, and as we pass the catfish tanks, I say "Mmmmm.... them's good eatin'!"
I remember our first trip in 2003, when we called in a Garden Grill ADR at about 5:00 PM for a 7:00 PM dinner seating. By the time we were about done with dinner, we were literally the last table left in the place. Mickey played hide-and-seek with my 3-year-old son for about 10 minutes. Have to keep that memory alive, 'cause I don't think we'll have that opportunity again.

Thanks for posting the ADR graph. Len is always throwing out numbers and mentioning spreadsheets, but he always keeps them to himself. Some times it just helps to see a picture.

ADR - rumor

I've heard a rumor that the new ADR system limits the number of discounted tables. Supposedly they only offer so many TiW tables, DVC or AP discounted tables, and so many free dining tables per each hour. Anyone have more info on this?

Coral Reef and CRT less than 60 days

Hope is not lost if you keep trying. My wife surprised me with a trip in August with free dining (less than 60 days from now). We sat down last night to try out the new online dining reservation tool and were able to get the Coral Reef for lunch and Cindy's Royal Table for breakfast. Could be we just got lucky that someone cancelled but who knows?
