Dave's question about gyms: Totally agree about the SSR gym, it's fab! A little more info, when I stayed at POFQ, I used the SSR gym free of charge. When I called the SSR spa to inquire about cost of use,they told me since my resort did not have a facility, I could use SSR gym for free. Not having a car may make this difficult though. POFQ is not far from SSR, maybe 1-2 miles. You could jog there in less than 20 minutes.

I have also stayed & used the AKL gym, it was good: plenty of cardio & weight machines, free weights a little lacking in area for stretching, but not a big deal.
