When I thumbed through my Color Companion the day it arrived, the Seven Dwarves Cavern Resort was the first thing I noticed. For trip planning purposes, I need to know: Is it a value, moderate or deluxe resort?

Share and Enjoy!

Regarding Geoff's question about taking Magical Express back from a different resort.....yes, you can....but I think you have to take your luggage with you.

I was staying at Pop last year, but having dinner in the Beach Club area before I left for the airport. I just called Magical Express and they put me on the list to leave from BC. I took my luggage from Pop and just checked it in with the bell hop before having dinner, and then retrieved it before the bus came.

The Magical Express folks were very friendly about it and it seemed (from their reaction) as if they did this often.

About other things to do...I often spend an evening at the Boardwalk. Lots of bars and restaurants, ice cream and bakery places, street performers on the boardwalk, good people watching and Epcot fireworks mostly viewable. It's not in a park and the parking lot guards let you park for a few hours visit if there's room.

Imagination then and now

First of all, great call to Newell on his idea that nothing will be done with Imagination until Kodak's sponsorship contract is up. And I can't imagine that there's a lot of life left on that contract.

As far as the rest of it, remember that any discussion of the current state of the Imagination ride has to include Imagination v2. While I'm not a huge fan of v3, it's the best they could do with bringing Figment back into the ride without completely re-theming the whole pavilion away from the Imagination Institute business, and without spending too much money.
