Great episode! Interesting to see the trends with respect to on-site vs off-site properties.

I'm surprised to hear how poorly the Yacht Club fares; I've stayed there once (before we became DVC members), and at the Beach Club many times. I think they're the best resorts on property. I've never felt that lack of dining was a problem on my stay at the Yacht Club, given the close proximity of it's sister resort (BC), the Boardwalk area, and S&D, not to mention the litany of options at the World Showcase in Epcot just a short walk away. I understand reviewers demeriting the Yacht Club because technically, the on-site dining is substandard relative to the both the costs and what's available at Disney's other deluxe resorts. However, I think the proximity to the Boardwalk area and Epcot more than makes up for it. It's a real nice experience to have a meal or a drink at Epcot in the evening and walk back to your room at the Yacht/Beach Club after. Again, I think this *mostly* speaks to the advantages of Yacht Club's location. Had I reviewed YC formally, I'd have certainly weighed it's location and considered the available dining in the area and not just considered the dining options on the Yacht Club proper. But it's possible Len & his team instructed respondents not to do that.

Great show... except for the part where Medina doesn't get through on the Live Show.

I would have to agree about the Yacht Club looking empty. We were at BC and it was so much fun not so stuffy. The pool "Storm along Bay" soooooo coool!!! The food places where not the best but not down right bad. Liked the counter service at "Storm Along Bay". Great information.

Great show!

Out of interest Len - if you don't count Fort Wilderness (because let's face it - it isn't quite the same!) which moderate came out on top?

You didn't give us the Best and Worst for each level of resort!

Great show. Would love to know more about how the moderate resorts faired. We stayed at Coronado last August (I hear Matt groaning now!) and found the rooms great. Well, except the wried bathroom that doesn't seem to match at all! Save the 40 minutes to get to the parks on Disney Transportation, it was good. Though we really want to stay at the Poly next time...

I'd like to know how the 'real' moderates fared too - is Port Orleans still the guide reader's top choice?
