One of the commentators mentioned location as an advantage for Wilderness Lodge. It is only an advantage if you never plan on leaving Disney property. It is a huge disadvantage if you rent a car and routinely like to go off property. We stayed there with DVC points in 2006 and discovered that Wilderness Lodge is buried so deep inside the property that it takes 15 to 20 minutes driving just to get out of Disney property an onto Rt. 192 for example. Unless you plan on not leaving Disney property DO NOT stay at Wilderness Lodge. Way too inconvenient location.
