Whilst I don't have of the statistics that you asked, I do know that:

1. The Panel answered 1,300+ Listener Questions in the past 12 months (including Live Shows),
2. The front page of the Wiki has an average of 48 hits per day,
3. There are 148 active users of the WDW Today website, and
4. The most viewed episode Web Page, MouseFest 2005, has had 7,108 hits.

The urinal cakes are designed and sold by Ecolab. I should know, I work for them. So you will never get stuck dining with an engineer who designs urinal cakes. However, should Terri want more info, I'd be more than happy to share. ;)
