Too bad that Liberty Tree didn't work out. It just goes to show you that it's all
about timing--as we were there in October and had great service and really
enjoyed the meal as well. It's all about individual experience (except, of course,
when it comes to the Sci-Fi--I ignored all advice and went there, worst meal
by a mile while at WDW).

I am totally on board with French Quarter for couples. I took my husband who was a Disney virgin to the FQ back in March and even thought the resort was booked to capacity we felt like the only ones there. At one point we took the boat to Downtown Disney and the boat was completely full - of all adults! We kept wondering where the kids were and realized they were at the monorail resorts which seemed packed and loud like the scene Gavin described at the Poly. If you don't mind small-ish rooms, double beds, and no balconies, the FQ is a better deal for couples who want a break from noise and kids than the monorail resorts in my opinion.

Brown Derby

Why did Gavin keep calling the restaurant "The Brown Derby Junction"? I've never heard it called or listed as anything other than "The Hollywood Brown Derby". Mr. Hollywood Studios never corrected the error either.
