I can't say that we did them all, but in 2006 we did Space, HM, Big Thunder and Pirates at Disneyland on a Friday and went to the airport and were on the rides in MK on the next afternoon. So less than 24 hours, but not in the same day.

Wow! Thanks for answering my question about cruising...

My kids are now 9.5yo and 5yo... and we booked our trip over the summer for August of 2011 (and the kids will be 10yo and 5.5yo).

We ended up going with a 5 night cruise on the Dream (for the two stops at Castaway Cay) and 5 nights at WL.

Early on we decided to drive down from PA so the relaxing cruise aspect will be lost with a 1.5 day drive home so we have no qualms doing the cruise first....and it puts the land portion in the free dining window. :-)

Thanks again for answering my question!

Forgive me if this was mentioned already. I don't think there is a boat between the contemporary and the magic kingdom. Last I recall was the blue flag boat (I miss the flags on the boats and the colors on the busses) that went between the Contemporary, Fort Wilderness, and Wilderness lodge. Maybe someone in reunion can check it out?

Ed's comment about the deer cracked me up - it reminded me of "Funny Farm" with Chevy Chase - when they are trying to sell their country home, they have some helpful citizens in the forrest holding onto deer and when the potential buyers get out of their car Chevy Chase (I think) says on the walkie talkie - "Cue the deer" and they go galloping out in grace. It almost sounds Disney-esque, doesn't it?
