I know what Matt means when says he's having a CSS party: Cruise Ship Stowaway!

And as for Newell, CSS means: Cellier Super Shock!

I have a coworker that is from Germany and she insists that Biergarten is the best authentic German food that she's had at a US restaurant.

That is as good a recommendation as you can get!

Hi guys and gal! Love the show! I've been listening for quite some time, but this is my first post to the show notes.

Just wanted to mention I was surprised by Mike Newell's surprise at how easy it was for him to get a table for Le Cellier. If I understand correctly, Le Cellier has been upgraded to 2 table service credits on the DDP, whereas it was just one before. At one credit, it was arguably one of the best restaurants available to folks on the dining plan. Now none of them (or at least those very few who are willing to give up two table service credits) will be eating there. I would guess that as a result tables at Le Cellier should be much easier to come by from here on in!

As I am not much of a fan of the Dining Plan, I am glad they made this change. Hopefully Via Napoli is next!

What about Hoop-dee-doo? Seems like a perfect first timer experience to me. The food is decent and the show/atmosphere is classic Disney.

I disagree with the comment about not recommending Marrakesh for first-time diners. Although I started going to WDW in the mid-70's, I didn't start dining there until Epcot opened. Marrakesh was one of my first dining experiences at Epcot. I loved the couscous, I loved the mint tea, and I loved the live music. I still love it, and make it a point to dine there on all my WDW trips. I would recommend it to first-time diners for sure!
