I think the biggest problem with this idea is the meal plan. When you are at the parks for 3 days, 2 nights and you have the dining plan, the dining plan only credits nights, not days. So you would only get 2 counter service meals and 2 sit down meals. So you would be stuck with the third day. And if the plan is to go from opening to closing, your going to want those meals.

The good thing about the Deluxe Dining Plan is that if you have it for 2 nights, 3 meals a day, that is 6 meals. So if you don't normally eat three meals a day, you stick to the 2 meal a day idea and then you can have 2 meals a day for the 3 day stay. I don't know if there's enough money for that, but that would be the only plan that would give you 2 meals a day. The other plans would cut you short a day, and you would have to pay for that final day. Just a thought.
