AT&T cell service

Hey Guys and Annette, :-)

One thing to also keep in mind regarding AT&T's service at WDW with an iPhone, is to use AT&T's "Mark the Spot" app (http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/at-t-m...07313?mt=8).

Using this app, you can report various network problems, both for voice and data related problems.

If they are actually using this app to gather data to improve network service (one hopes), then this may be one of the better ways to let them know what type of problem you are having and (using GPS), where on property it is occurring. It also differentiates indoor versus outdoor locations.

If you are having a problem at a particular location and therefore, may have problems submitting a report, the app will continue to try to submit the report until it is sent.

I used this app during our trips last year. If they get a barrage of reports using this app at WDW, perhaps they will respond to the poor service on property.

Needless to say, calling or writing AT&T also helps, if people take the time to do so.
