Guys, you regularly come up with great topics, but you've outdone yourselves this time. The bracket is by far the best format I've heard in a Disney podcast! Great idea!

I often find that a bracket system is the most efficient way to solve almost any debate where rankings are involved. My friends and I have done brackets to decide our favorite restaurant and another for our favorite happy hour in Baltimore. Maybe next March, a Disney Dining Bracket??

I would picked Festival of the Lion King over Illuminations. I guess I'm not a fan of Epcot's show. I would have also picked Nemo over Space Mtn, not because I love the musical but because I am always so disappointed by SpaceMtn after growing up at Disneyland.

I hope you have a 3rd place consolation game, because if your brackets come out like mine, I think there is an intriguing match up for 3rd place.

I have Toy Story Midway Mania vs. Soarin' for the championship, and Illuminations taking on Fantasmic in the consolation game.

It might have made more sense to use the Unofficial Guide to make the brackets. If you sort by UG rating (ties broken by grade school rating) you get:

1. Splash Mountain

AK

4. Festival of the Lion King

If you then spread out the nominees so that there is one from each park in each division you get a bracket of:

I'm not sure that this created a better Top 4 from each park (Though Dinosaur's exclusion was interesting as well as Spaceship Earth over Mission: Space), but ensuring that #1 seeds are in different divisions and that things from the same park don't compete until the final 4 I think makes a better bracket.
