Tower of Terror had a tough draw, Matt, and Haunted Mansion did not win by much. I was not too surprised that Toy Story and Illuminations won but I thought Soarin' would get at least one vote. I was surprised Everest was knocked out by the third seed Cinderella Haunted Mansion.

My guess it will come down to Splash vs. Illuminations with Illuminations winning. Will there be a third place round as well?

This is a great concept. Very entertaining. In subsequent years I would love to have a tourney for restaurants or resorts.

Although I'll never ride Splash Mountain (was totally scarred for life by doing the flume ride at Boardwalk and Baseball), one reason why I would also have given the nod is that the two parts of the ride that people say are the best--the drop and the scene with the AAs on the riverboat--are both accessible to people who are unable/unwilling to ride the ride. The drop itself is an attraction for people who aren't on the ride, either by being splashed by water in the summer by the bridge or just watching people take the plunge. The riverboat scene can be seen as you ride around the railroad. So even though it isn't a ride for everyone, it provides something for everyone, and that is something worth noting, IMO.

Congratulations to us

We have become the official Podcast of Disneyworld.

We have been in negotiation for months. None other then Robert Iger himself contacted Mike Newel.

As part of this agreement, Mike Newel, Mike Scopa, and Len Testa will be joining me in Orlando as full time residents.

I might get run out on a rail.

I love Illuminations, but... WOC in the DCA at DLR is the best show in a Disney Park.
