Going to keep this spoiler free, but I absolutely know why the counter service Epcot results came in the way they did--seating. If I can't get a place to sit at a counter service place (unless I'm just getting a snack), then I'd consider giving it a thumb's down. At the #3 place, although I love the food, it's often a problem to get a table during peak hours. It is so bad that we often just get our food to go for lunch and take it back to the resort to eat, which really is a great idea for us, but may not be a good suggestion for all people. :)

YeGads! Tokyo Dining scored that well? *shock* That was the least favorite dining place (including counter service) we ate on our last vacation. Even had to call the manager over to complain (service and food!) Happy about all the other places though. Good show; made me pine for some of my favorite WDW food!

The thing about Tokyo Dining is that is patronized by a very selective group. You don't go there unless you KNOW that you like that cuisine.
