Len, one item you may want to add to your historical calculations: During Star Wars Weekends 2011, the advertised DHS park opening was 9 am, but the park actually opened at 8 am. I assume this was due to the crowds expected for the Star Tours re-opening.

I attended both the first and last SWW weekends last year, and this was the case on all days. Since most guests didn't know about the early opening, I was able to walk on to TSMM, RnR and ToT two times each before 9 am one morning. Since this year's official opening is at 8 am, I doubt that I'll be able to repeat that feat this year.
