I've got to say guys that I was surprised that you were unaware of the rumoured Lone Ranger overlay on Big Thunder. Someone I trust mentioned it on his OTHER podcast.

But seriously, you guys should check out the Disney Dish podcast with Len and Jim. There are only 9 episodes and I at least found it both informative and immensely entertaining.

Thanks as always for your podcast which I absolutely adore.

I had read somewhere that the back story on BTMRR was something about a mine being blown-up, and a runaway mine train, etc.

Absolutely loved Len's idea of bringing animation back to the Studios, however had to laugh at the time limits he gave. There are typically 24 frames a second in animation, so a 3 minute film could take up to 4320 drawings. Add inking and painting cells and your looking at months instead of days.

I like the animation idea but here is my version. Disney writes and plans out a short movie then DHS guests do the individual cels throughout the year in their own talented or untalented style. Disney then puts them all together and issues the movie free to everyone through various download methods.

Imagine the mind-altering vision this would produce.

I heard the backstory for BTM was that miners started to mine a Native American holy place which triggered a huge earthquake which made everyone run away. When they came back the trains were possesed and running by themselves.

Hey! My letter got used for the podcast!

I told you I am always a few episodes behind. Today I went to the gym, got on the elliptical, turned on the podcast, and there was my letter!
