If you really want a chef's table experience that's inexpensive and doesn't require dress clothes, you can try the waffle house. Ask for a seat at the counter and catch all the action.

MATT, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR VOLUME CONTROL? EVERYTIME YOU TALK, THE SPEAKERS BLAST OUT. When everyone else talks, the volume is comparatively so much lower that I have to turn the volume up to hear them. Then, when YOU START TALKING, THE SPEAKERS BLAST OUT YOUR VOICE AGAIN!!!! Please see if you can fix this. This has been true for at least the last 2 podcasts, not just this one.
