Great stuff as always, fellas. There are two counter-service locations you didn't mention that I think deserve consideration:

1) Columbia Harbour House: This one should be mentioned for the location and theme. I love the feel of this restaurant, and I love sitting upstairs. I also think the food is better than Pecos Bill and Cosmic Ray's. I especially like the sandwiches and the soups. I don't think it would have beaten Sunshine Seasons, but I think it's a better option than some of the places that made the cut.

2) Wolfgang Puck Express: This one actually may surpass Sunshine Seasons in terms of variety and quality. I've never had a bad meal here. The menu is gigantic, everything is wonderful -- and it's a counter-service credit on the dining plan. Like Pepper Market, it may not be a "traditional" counter-service, but I think it still counts. I would probably choose Wolfgang over Sunshine Seasons.

Just tried Landscapes of Flavor and was very impressed with the variety and quality of food there. I also ate at Sunshine Seasons and that was a step above this, but Landscapes deserves to be in the conversation.

I also have enjoyed a couple well-above average meals at Cosmic Rays this year. The seating is strange and the setting is funky, so I still don't put that ahead of Sunshine Seasons, but the food is better than most other counter service options and there's a good variety there (though it's time to abandon the silly "Pods") and make it easier for a group to order what they want without going to four different stations.
