There was also a Cast Member fatality on the Skyway in February of 1999, shortly before it's permanent closure. Prior to opening, the ride was started while a maintenance CM was working in the ride track, where he was struck and fell to the ground. This wasn't the only reason for the closure, but it was one of the final straws.

A custom photobook is usually a hardbound image-wrapped printed photo album using your photos (though some can come in softcover, wirebound, fabric or dust jacked covers). When you purchase a Photo Pass, you can use your Photo Pass images plus any photos you take yourself and upload to your account to create a one-of-a-kind coffee table book. Usually these books come standard with around 20 pages (10 sheets front and back) and you can usually add extra pages if you want. Although you can create photobooks with other companies and use your Disney photos downloaded from Photo Pass and your camera, the designs available directly from Photo Pass are created with additional Disney graphics. I did not get a free Photo Book with my Photo Pass, but I'd assume there may be an extra shipping cost at the very least, and you might be asked to pay for upgrades if you add additional pages or other advanced options.
