Scopa's opening was a trick question. That quote doesn't appear anywhere in the parks.

kids and the dining plan

Kids can get a smaller portion of most things on the menu, at least, at some resturants. I'm thinking specifically of 50's prime time. We ordered the fried chicken for an under 9 more than once, even though it wasn't a kids option and we were on the dinning plan. My advise, if the kids want something not on the kids menu - just ask your server and see what they say.
