Interesting take on the topic. I didn't really get Scopa's comment on the special events that "he had no desire to attend any of them" (sounding a little like these were not worth his time?). My wife and I did the Italian Regional Lunch and the Parisian Breakfast and both were very good. Other than that, good advice on the event. I went on Tuesday and Wednesday and crowds were pretty minimal. We went on Saturday and left after an hour. You could hardly walk down the path. Highlights for us were the craisin bread pudding, Kimchi Dog in South Korea, and the fisherman's pie in Ireland. The trout in Canada was pretty good as was the Lamb Meatball in New Zealand. On the weekdays, there were virtually no lines at booths like Africa, South Korea, Japan, and New Zealand. One other cool item is the samurai sword tap for Sapporo Beer at the Japan Booth. Definitely pre load a gift card. The merchandise is better this year as well. And the Go Go's were great!

i also didn't notice many people stumbling around drunk but i wasn't there at night.

The Go-Go's were so much fun!

One not so magical observation...what is with the smell of "protein spills"? Are people getting drunk and barfing in the bushes? It smelled like a frat party every day no matter what time of day we were there.
Canadian thanks givin

Last Friday had a takeout - Fish, Chips and Gravy, and a Pineapple Fritter.

Lovely. The taste of the pineapple so different to the rest, it's a refreshing taste.

Funny that Morgan didn't like the blue cheese soufflé in the nation of Cheese. That was actually one of my favorites this year. I went back for it three times. My other favorite was the Pavlova meringue dessert in Australia.

Update from Epcot 10/28/13

We went on a Monday night and didn't have to deal with marauding hoards of drunken revelers. Short lines, great food, and ILLUMINATIONS! 8:-)
