For things to do other than go to the WDW theme parks, you seem to ignore other local amusement areas like Old Town and the two Fun Spots. Old Town unlimited rides are only $15 per person weekdays or you can just pay less for individual rides.

There's absolutely no reason why you should not be able to take children of ages 5 & 9 to a sit down restaurant (assuming you're not a parent who let's their kids run around).
