LS03 Phil wants to know information about running the WDW Marathon
0113 William wants to know should he go down for the marathon at Walt Disney World if he wants to have some park touring as well. Len recommends arriving Thursday afternoon or Friday morning that weekend. Len thinks staying later would be better than arriving early. Mike Scopa you should arrive 24-36 hours before the race and not to expend energy in the parks before the race.
0089 Nora wants to know if the triathlon will draw large crowds. Len says it's not likely that it will draw large crowds at all. Len says last year it was all around Fort Wilderness but this year he thinks it may be more around all over Walt Disney World. Len says not to worry about crowds at all from the triathlon.
0065 Paul Berquist gives a course map of the Florida Half Iron-Man Triathlon. Matt mentions there's a bike path on the map at Port Orleans French Quarter & Riverside.

0042 Jeff "it's cold in here in Michigan" Willenstein wants to know good places to run at Old Key West Resort. Mike Scopa says to ask for a resort map when you check in and look for a designated running/jogging path as those will be the safest place to run. Mike Scopa also says to ask the front desk as they can give you some suggestions and warnings of where not to run. Len says he's jogged at Old Key West all around the lake. Len recommends avoiding the cul-de-sacs.
0033 Mike Grabenstein wants to know about cycling around Disney World. Mike doesn't know of any cycling events at Walt Disney World or even places on property to bike around. Mike recommends staying at a resort with a very good gym and Mike likes Coronado Springs.
0018 Michael from Ashland, Massachussets and wants to know what jogging options are available at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Mike has stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and he found other than the parking lot, there wasn't any area that Mike found around the Animal Kingdom Lodge that he would recommend running around. Mike says you might be able to run down the main roads but it's a very busy road and you might even be "picked up" by Disney security. Mike also mentions that the Wilderness Lodge and Polynesian resorts are great resorts to run at because they have specific running paths. Len mentions the All Star Resorts, Caribbean Beach and Epcot resorts are great for jogging as well.
